Four Course Valentine Dinner
Set the stage for a Four Course Fine Dining meal in the comfort of your home. We have a meal already prepped waiting for you to pick-up, follow the cooking instructions and then serve.
Menu
Choice of one of the following:
Appetizer
Antipasto platter
An assortment fine deli meats and cheese with pickled beans and asparagus
Or
Thai coconut curry mussels
Fresh P.E.I mussels steamed in a red curry and coconut sauce.
Choice of one of the following:
Soup/Salad
Beef consume
A rich beef broth served over thin sliced beef tenderloin and carrots and peppers
Or
Artichoke and yam salad with Saskatoon truffle dressing
Choice of one of the following:
Entree
Dijon and garlic crusted rack of lamb, served with warm potato salad and roasted vegetables sided with jalapeno and mint jelly.
Or
Halibut “en papillote “served with roasted red pepper mash potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Dessert
Chocolate Turtle Pie

Careit is a regular stop for my family. there are a few seats though it is primarily a deli specializing in delicious take away meals prepared by trained chefs who are very knowledgeable about gluten-free requirements. They have both single serving and family sized portions that are freshly prepared, packaged with heating instructions and presented in a self serve cooler. Gluten- free items are well labelled. Great salads and lots of entrees, soups and stews from which to choose. Some of my favorites are the Red Thai Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken, turkey Chili and Sheppards Pie(all GF) they recently add baked goods including a delicious GF banana bread. On Sunday mornings they prepare eggs benedict and on request they prepared great GF version. With our busy family life we pick up something at least once a week for a family meal, it is so great to have a healthy GF option for fast meals to go.
