Cam Jordan chef, co-owner
Cooking has always been a part of my life both at home and professionally. My mother was a great cook who was never afraid to try something new and my friends growing up were always fascinated with food.
I'm from Edmonton and Graduated from the Culinary Arts at NAIT. I worked mostly the dining scene around the city then retired in the hotels until CAREIT came along. "I met my partners Louis, Sarah and Mike through the Edmonton paperback version of Kitchen Confidential. Thanks everyone for all those great memories. The concept of higher quality fully cooked meals for the consumer to take home and enjoy without any preparation was just waiting for someone to discover. Our deli has spiralled from one positive idea to the next.
I would like to thank my wife Nichole for being always being there by my side, and my friends and family who supported me through this building of the business. We also would like to welcome Reese Erin Jordan to the CAREIT family.

Louis Hamel chef, co-owner
Once I graduated high school, I immediately enrolled in the NAIT culinary arts program. I had little cooking experience other than line cooking and the program gave me a greater understanding of the industry. In 2006 I graduated with flying colors. Its been a wild ride since and a very fast one too.
I met Cam at the hotel we both worked at. He gave me my first experience with maintaining superior, high quality standards. As my passion developed, the business made it difficult for me to deliver to the customer what I really wanted to serve. At the Deli, I can deliver products that I can ensure are the best quality. I truly believe that a quality meal is so important to a healthy and happy life!
I would like to thank my parents and everyone that supported and helped me. And to all my beloved customers… I thank you again.
